We measure the room, write down the plan, build the cabinets, and set them so they fit the house.
That’s the whole idea. No guessing off a phone photo. No “trust us” without a clear list of what’s included. If stock cabinets already let you down—or you can see they will—this is the path.
Who this is for
We build kitchens, vanities, linen cabinets, built-ins, and storage for homes around Dayton and nearby towns. Some jobs are a full kitchen. Some are one vanity that finally fits the wall. Both are fair.
We’ll also tell you when you don’t need custom—when paint and new hardware on sound boxes is enough, or when the house needs other work first. Better a small honest job than a big wrong one.
From first call to finished
Timing changes with size and finish. The order doesn’t.
You tell us what’s wrong. Kitchen, bath, built-in—doesn’t matter. We make sure it’s a cabinet job and set a time to measure.
On site with a tape. Walls, openings, appliances, anything out of square. Photos help; they don’t replace standing in the room.
What we’re building, finishes, what’s included, what’s on you (countertops, sinks, tile, plumbing). No cut list until that paper is clear.
Doors, color, hardware. Changing those after we start building costs time and money—we’d rather freeze them early.
Cabinets made to the plan you approved—not a silent swap to whatever was cheaper that week.
Level, scribe, hang doors, check drawers, walk the room with you. Then tops and other trades can finish their part.
What we care about

Kitchen and bath finishes need to wipe clean. We sample color when we can; your windows aren’t a showroom lamp.
Hinges, pulls, soft-close where you want it. Pull-outs planned in the design, not bolted on as an afterthought.
Level lines, even gaps, ends scribed to the wall. Filler is a tool—not a cover-up for the wrong size box.
A punch list, simple care notes, and a clear answer on who comes back if something needs a tweak after tops go on.
Honest filter
Walls aren’t square. You fight the storage every day. Humidity wrecked the old boxes. A wall needs a built-in, not more furniture.
The boxes are sound and you only want a new color. The budget only covers refacing. The house needs big structural or plumbing moves first.
One island, one pantry tower, one vanity can fix most of the pain. Full perimeter isn’t always the win.
You don’t know appliance sizes yet, plumbing might move, or two people still disagree on the layout. Don’t build into a moving target.
Before we cut
Rooms, what’s being built, finish, hardware, and what isn’t included—tops, appliances, tile, plumbing.
Design, build, install. If more than one party is involved, names go on the page so nobody points fingers later.
How we price and schedule a change after you approve the plan. Small tweaks add up; better to know the rule.
What happens if the room is worse than it looked—out of level, odd plumbing, soft spots. We talk about it before install day.

No. Kitchens are the big search, but we also do vanities, linen, built-ins, mudrooms, laundry, closets, and office cabinets.
Depends on the job. A vanity isn’t a full kitchen. We give a real window after measure and after you lock doors and finish—not a one-size promise on a flyer.
We can get close. Perfect matches to decades-old factory finish are rare. Samples in your light beat guessing from a phone picture.
Access to the rooms, appliance models if it’s a kitchen, and anything you already know about plumbing or HOA rules. A rough budget helps if you have one.
Often separate trades. Your scope should say if tops, sinks, and plumbing are included, an allowance, or on you. We don’t leave that fuzzy.
If the boxes are solid and the layout works, maybe. If they’re swollen or the layout fails every day, new cabinets are the fix. We won’t reface junk just to make a sale.
